Andy joined CBRE in 2001 to support owners and users of commercial real estate in San Francisco’s East Bay. He is experienced across all East Bay office markets including Oakland, Walnut Creek, Concord and Tri Valley (San Ramon, Dublin & Pleasanton). During his 20+ year career at CBRE, he has developed an expert knowledge of real estate finance and has completed over 2,000 lease and sale transactions totaling over 10 million square feet.
Andy’s clients range from multi-market, publicly traded firms to local private businesses. He assist clients with developing thoughtful real estate solutions including post-Covid office strategies, employee recruitment/retention ideas and workplace design solutions. He is dedicated to streamlining the real estate process for owners and multi-market clients.
A Walnut Creek native, Andy is an alumnus UC Santa Barbara and resides locally with his family.
