Anita Ghai

In her twenty one years at CBRE, Anita Ghai has held key leadership roles in Research and Sales on the CBRE Platform and on large global client accounts within Global Workplace Solutions (GWS).

In her current role, Anita is the Global COO at CBRE for the Google Account. Anita oversees the Global Operations team which comprises key functions supporting all global services. These include HR, Governance, Compliance & Risk, Communications, Learning & Development, Talent Management & Acquisition as well as oversight of Health, Safety & Environmental services. She also leads employee engagement and DE&I programming for the global account team. Anita is committed to promoting CBRE Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) and employee engagement by serving as the Asian Pacific Network (APN) Bay Area Executive Sponsor, focusing on DE&I in the workplace as well as serving as the Executive Sponsor for the Bridge Mentoring program.

Global Chief Operating Officer, Google Account

• Manages global team delivering services across the 1,200+ account team that include focus on both employee engagement and retention and client facing account management deliverables
• Responsible for global performance tracking, trend analysis and identifying process efficiencies & best practices
• Serve as the primary escalation point for Governance, Compliance & Risk for Google Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) leadership
• Key link from client to platform for sourcing thought leadership and innovation to deliver new ideas to Google
