Anna Jensen

Anna Jensen is a Senior Director Transaction Manager within the Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services Department at CBRE San Francisco. She brings more than 10 years of corporate real estate experience supporting global corporate occupier real estate portfolios including brokerage leasing, transaction management, real estate strategy, planning and financial analysis. Ms. Jensen has in-depth, comprehensive knowledge in execution of complex real estate transactions and expertise in understanding multifaceted areas of lease/property accounting and analytics. During her tenure as a real estate professional, she has been involved in leasing and disposition of over 200 transactions valued at more than $5 billion.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Jensen was an Account Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Her global alliances have included Alcatel-Lucent, Fireman’s Fund Insurance, PG&E and Symantec Corporation.

Ms. Jensen has exclusively provided Salesforce.com with portfolio and transaction management support. She is a liaison between the client, company market specialists, intermediary in due diligence, fee and term negotiations, structuring and finalizing negotiations for all field transactions in the Americas and EMEA.

Ms. Jensen and her team completed the largest office lease in San Francisco History with a 714,000 square foot lease at Salesforce Tower in 2014. The team also completed a 77,000 square foot lease and naming of Salesforce Tower London.
