Search ListingsAnne McGinn joined CBRE in 2024. As a Vice President for the Multifamily Investment Sales team in Nashville, she focuses on the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raises for multifamily assets throughout Tennessee and the mid-South region.
With over 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Anne is knowledgeable in all aspects of the transaction process. Prior to joining CBRE, Mrs. McGinn served as a Director with Walker & Dunlop’s Multifamily Investment Sales team in Nashville. She has been involved in over $3 billion of multifamily sales and capitalizations throughout her career.
Mrs. McGinn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Sewanee: The University of the South.
