Anthony Kloster

Tony Kloster is the Director of Business Analytics and IT on the Microsoft IFM account. Tony oversees the IT team providing support to 600+ Facilities Operations and Project Management professionals in the U.S. and Canada. Tony also oversees the Business Analytics team responsible for performance and operational reporting for the account.

Tony began his career with CBRE in 2007 as Systems Administrator on the Washington Mutual Account.  In 2008, he joined the Microsoft IFM team, formerly managed by Grubb & Ellis, as a Business Analyst and then Business Manager for the Finance Department where he focused on financial system integration and process improvement. In 2012, the Microsoft IFM account transitioned to CBRE, in which he played a key role in managing the financial system transition and providing analysis for contract negotiations.  His experience in system transitions, integrations and business intelligence solutions has provided his team with valuable insight in both the banking and technology industries.
