Armando Nuñez is a Senior Vice President at CBRE, where he specializes in portfolio management as part of Global Workplace Solutions (GWS). As an account manager for diverse portfolios—ranging from two million to 40 million square feet and encompassing hundreds of leased and owned properties—Mr. Nuñez leads a team responsible for transacting build-to-suits and new leasing requirements as well as renewals and dispositions globally.

It is Mr. Nuñez’s unique overall skill set that allows him to deliver exemplary service to his clients worldwide. His background as a licensed architect with solid facilities programming experience, coupled with his proficiency in financial analysis, has translated into dozens of significant long-term client relationships, most going back a decade or more. Clients with some of the largest corporate real estate portfolios in the world rely on his sophisticated expertise to manage their assets, among them RR Donnelley, General Electric, McGraw-Hill Companies, Goldman Sachs, DRS Technologies, Hewlett-Packard and AboveNet Communications.

He first joined the firm in 1992, working for five years in CBRE’s Consulting Group, where he developed and analyzed real estate strategies for major corporations, preparing cash flow projections for various occupancy scenarios and reviewing transaction documents, before moving to GWS in 1997.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Nuñez worked with a leading global architecture/engineering firm as a facilities programmer on large, complex assignments. He established and analyzed requirements, interfaced with clients on all levels, budgeted project expenses and man hours, and supervised team conformance to quality standards. Working domestically and internationally, he performed major projects for corporations and institutions in the United States, Mexico, Japan and the United Arab Emirates.
