Art Day is a 19-year veteran and Senior Vice President with CBRE, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial properties, (e.g. buildings, land and investments). Since joining the firm in 1989, Art has completed over 500 real estate transactions valued over half a billion dollars.
Art joined CBRE after selling a successful manufacturing company he founded in 1976. Prior to that, Art developed residential properties, beginning with his first spec house at age 22. The knowledge acquired from these prior experiences has proven invaluable in the representation of his client’s real estate needs.
