Ashlee Wells

Ashlee Wells works alongside Scott Herbold in CBRE’s San Antonio office, where she focuses on healthcare operator relationships and specializes in healthcare and office investment sales across the state of Texas.

In her Capital Markets role, Ashlee aides in the transaction process and works to expand the team’s business development efforts by utilizing creative approaches to overcome challenges and establish effective systems. In addition to her work with the Capital Markets team, she is simultaneously completing a 12-month, rigorous training and talent development program in order to gain the market knowledge and transaction expertise to advance her career in commercial real estate.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2021, Ashlee was an Associate at a boutique commercial real estate firm in San Antonio, where she served as the exclusive leasing representative for 150,000+ SF of retail and office properties. Prior to that role, she supported the firm’s executive, leasing, investment sales, property management and marketing teams while streamlining processes as the firm’s team doubled in size. Ashlee’s experience in operations, inbound sales and marketing have equipped her with a well-rounded foundation to adapt to challenges and see opportunities from a fresh perspective. Her strengths include seamlessly multi-tasking on several projects, approaching her work with high energy and focus and moving transactions forward with diligent follow-up.

During her time at UTSA, Ashlee was engaged in a graduate-level multi-family development capstone project and institutional real estate special studies course.
