Mrs. Perrier is one of the leading investment professionals in the region and has been acknowledged with numerous industry awards. Barbara is part of the National Partners (NP) team, a group of the leading industrial capital market professionals at CBRE across the United States. The West Coast NP professionals consist of 9 Capital Market Partners, 13 dedicated support members, and 4 analysts, they cover California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. National Partners has successfully closed market-making deals across the country totaling over $239 billion (3.4 billion square feet) since 2010. The National Partners transacted 167 MSF, 434 transactions totaling $22.3 billion in 2022.

The Landlord Representation Group has had extensive experience in representing both institutional and private-client owners of industrial real estate properties throughout the Inland Empire market.
