Associated Office

Mr. Seybold joined CBRE in 1991 and currently practices as an Executive Vice President in the CBRE Orange, California office. He is responsible for identifying and facilitating relocation, consolidation and/or expansion strategies for local, national and international corporations. Mr. Seybold also works with owners and developers to market, lease and sell industrial and office properties. Ben is consistently ranked as a top producer within CBRE globally having completed over 35,000,000 square feet of sale and lease transactions totaling more than $1.7 billion in consideration.
Mr. Seybold is a graduate of Columbia University in New York and started his career in real estate brokerage with William A. White/TishmanEast representing tenants and landlords in New York City.
