Ben Stewart is a Senior Vice President for CBRE’s Industrial Advisory and Transaction Services group and specializes in the leasing and sale of industrial properties. He leads a multi-disciplined team of industrial brokers in Jacksonville, Florida with a focus on landlord agency, tenant representation, acquisitions, and dispositions. Ben brings extensive experience to his practice which includes Institutional clients, Fortune 1000 and multinational companies, REITs, private real estate investment firms, to local investors.
His team has completed over $1 Billion in transactions, and they continue to grow their industrial practice throughout Jacksonville, the state of Florida, and the nation. They remain focused on satisfying their client needs through concerted efforts, discipline, and outstanding results.
Ben earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Auburn University and his Master of Business Administration at George Washington University.
