Ben joined CBRE in 2013 with experience in property management in addition to residential and commercial real estate in the Pittsburgh market. He specializes in retail services with a focus on both landlord and tenant representation. Beyond these two strengths, Ben's expertise includes representation of retail developers, excess space and site dispositions and advisements for clients on their retail real estate portfolios.
