Bill Jordan

In April of 2015, Bill Jordan joined the Multicare account to manage the new 107,000 sq. ft., $80M Covington 58-Bed Hospital Tower and Birthing Suite. As the project manager, Bill will lead the project team from design phase to completion including construction, voice and data, furniture and equipment, commissioning and customer relocation.

Prior to joining the Multicare account, Bill was responsible for both project planning services and project implementation on the Group Health account. As a planner he delivered long range planning and project estimating services. He was responsible for Group Health’s facility infrastructure and maintenance planning and estimating, demand planning and estimating, brand management and administrative space and occupancy management. Furthermore, he maintained the facility record management system, assisted with regulatory compliance and prepared and maintained the facility budget.

Bill came to CBRE in 2006 with a background in design, estimating and project implementation. His experience includes work at MulvannyG2 Architecture, McCarthy Building Companies and Boeing Aerospace.
