Blaise Balinbin

Blaise is a Financial Analyst on a top performing Advisory & Transaction team, helping companies align their real estate portfolio with their business strategy. With his expertise in financial assessment and data analytics, he supports the team in various capacities including portfolio reporting, preparing materials for client diagnoses, and assisting with tours.

A member of the team since 2021, Blaise graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and concentrations in Mathematics and Data Analysis. He obtained a California real estate license in May 2022.

Blaise is a proud supporter of Habitat for Humanity and is always on the lookout for new experiences and foods to try.  Outside of work, he’s usually hitting the hiking trails or cheering on the Seahawks.
