Blake began her career in the Commercial Real Estate Industry when she joined CBRE as a Client Services Coordinator in the fall of 2021. Paired with one of the top-tier retail & restaurant, tenant rep teams in Ohio, she quickly developed an interest in real estate sales and the client experience. Blake achieved her Ohio Real Estate Salesperson License and transitioned into sales on her one-year anniversary at CBRE.
While supporting her brokerage team, Blake gained experience in real estate marketing, client expectations, and custom deliverables. She managed listings, created digital tour books and supported her team to ensure successful dealmaking. In her first year in client services, Blake developed a strong understanding of the foundation of the industry from her mentoring broker & team leader, Melissa Ruther. Under Team Ruther, she established relationships with high-profile, national retail and restaurant clients such as Starbucks, Darden and more.
Blake joined Melissa’s team as junior broker in the fall of 2022 and has kicked-started her career by assisting in the development of innovative market plans for high volume accounts across the state of Ohio.
