He has over 25-years’ experience in sustainable enterprise development, domestic and international marketing, management, and sales of comprehensive Energy Savings solutions.

Previously, Brad was an industry leader within the trenchless technology and heavy construction industries, establishing the North American subsidiary of the world's largest tunnelling equipment manufacturer.

• As part of Johnson Controls management team lead the effort to change enabling legislation for the Commonwealth of Kentucky to allow for water & wastewater savings efficiencies through Performance Contracting
• Established Project Advance, a diversity business module sponsored by Johnson Controls for the Greater Greenville Chamber of Commerce
• Implemented a renewable landfill gas-to-hydrogen recovery and dispensing system for BMW Manufacturing’s material handling fleet

• Trane/Ingersoll-Rand’s President’s Award for Sales Performance as an individual contributor.
• Trane/Ingersoll-Rand’s Chairman’s Award for the sale and construction of a 1.3MW solar array on Trane’s Columbia, SC manufacturing plant with a negotiated 10-year Power Purchase Agreement with Dominion Energy, as a direct bill credit reducing the facility’s overall ownership & operations costs while increasing IR’s sustainability index.
