Brad Wilmot

Brad Wilmot is a Senior Managing Director in CBRE’s Investment Banking Group where he runs the debt capital markets practice, with specific emphasis on investment grade bond private placements and CTL financings. An accomplished commercial real estate finance executive with more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Wilmot has an extensive background in originating, structuring and negotiating financings across all major asset classes. He has been involved in the origination and closing of over $20 billion in commercial real estate loans.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Wilmot was with Goldman Sachs in Los Angeles, where he served as Regional Director for the firm’s Real Estate Financing Group. During his tenure at Goldman Sachs, he established the firm’s real estate lending practice in Los Angeles and was responsible for the origination, structuring and securitization of large and conduit CMBS loans, as well as non-recourse loans for the firm’s balance sheet. Previously, he was a Managing Director and Head of West Coast Originations for Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Capital Markets Group, and served as Executive Director and Western Region Head for JP Morgan’s CMBS Lending Group.
