Brad Lyons, MAI, is a First Vice President with the Valuation & Advisory Services division of CBRE, Inc., serving primarily the State of Florida and the Caribbean. He has over 12 years of professional experience in commercial real estate appraisal and real property consulting experience. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Lyons was a Managing Director for BBG.Over his career, he has completed real estate appraisals, feasibility studies, valuations, rent analysis, financial analysis, highest and best use analysis, litigation, and market studies over a variety of real property types.
Mr. Lyons’ professional background extends across commercial, industrial and residential real estate appraisals and consulting assignments including a variety of property types; multi-family (Affordable LIHTC, student housing, garden apartments), manufactured housing communities, self-storage facilities, hotels (limited, full service, and high-end resorts), condominium projects, residential and commercial subdivisions, office (high-rise, MOB, general, surgical, mixed-use), retail (lifestyle centers, power centers, neighborhood centers), industrial facilities (warehouse, distribution, cold-storage, fabrication/ manufacturing, flex, r&d, trucking terminals), partial Interests (leasehold, leased fee, sandwich lease, ground lease) and special use/ purpose facilities.
