The CBRE Multifamily team of Keith Collins, Abe Appert, Ted Abramson and Drew Rafshol have a combined 70+ years of Multifamily experience. The team has a primary focus on the Minneapolis-St. Paul MSA but is active and experienced in Rochester, Duluth, Saint Cloud, the Dakotas, Wisconsin and Iowa. Our clients benefit from our experience and receive a uniquely qualified approach to assets whether Private Capital or Institutional. Over the last 5 years the team has completed in excess of $5 billion worth of transactions. This volume includes both sale and JV equity placement on deals. With the support of the team and the ability to focus on each past experience on deals we can make sure we are putting in-depth thought into each assignment.
