Mr. Mertz currently works out of the Kansas City, MO office and provides valuation services in Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Iowa, Nebraska, and Texas. His appraisal experience has consisted of a number of property types including single-family residential, apartments, office buildings, medical office buildings, retail shopping centers, regional malls, industrial facilities, hotels, cold storage/food processing facilities, residential subdivisions, business parks, mixed-use developments, vacant land, call centers, bank branches, master planned communities, schools, golf courses, properties encumbered by bond financings, automobile dealerships, net leased investments, sports stadiums, concert venues, fractional ownership developments, and special purpose properties.
