Brett Bosworth

Brett works in the Debt and Structured Finance group in CBRE’s Jacksonville, FL office with a focus on underwriting, lender communications, and loan closings.

Brett began his mortgage banking career in 1998 with GMAC Commercial Mortgage, was most recently at Berkadia and has been at CBRE since 2018. Brett has worked with Jeff Kinney since 1998. Brett has underwritten and closed loans as a correspondent for life insurance companies, CMBS lenders and the GSE’s. He also works closely with banks, pension funds and private equity sources for clients. Product types that he’s underwritten and closed loans for these lenders include multifamily, office buildings, self-storage, anchored and unanchored retail, industrial and hospitality. Additionally, Brett is responsible for performing market research, property inspections, and lender and client communications.
