Professional Experience

As Senior Managing Director for the Property Management U.S. Business Operations Team, Brian Jennings ensures operational excellence and consistency. Overseeing a team of over 50 business operations individuals, Brian is directly responsible for the division’s operations as they relate to Global Standards Transitions, Talent, Learning and Development, Technology Platforms, Standards and Foundations, Environments for Excellence and New Hire training.

Experience


Prior to his current position, Brian joined the Property Management Global Operations team in February 2013 and served as the Consulting General Manager for Shanghai Tower in Shanghai, China.  Shanghai Tower is a 6.5 million square foot super tall building and one of the tallest buildings in the world. In this role, Mr. Jennings oversaw a team of professionals bringing Western Class A Property Management Standards to China.

In January 2014, Mr. Jennings assumed responsibilities for deploying the Global Standards Program in Japan. Working with the Property Management Team in the Tokyo office, Mr. Jennings integrated the Global Standards Program and worked with the CBRE leadership team on improving operating efficiencies, the pursuit of new business opportunities and further expanding the Premier Properties Program.

Previously, Mr. Jennings served as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for the Property Management Client Care Group, providing oversight for all lines of business delivered to one of CBRE’s largest clients, CBRE Investment Management. He was responsible for a 14 million square foot, Class A office portfolio with properties in major markets throughout the U.S., including management of financial reporting, budgeting and operations, transitions, training and development of on-site teams, and strategic planning and development/implementation of best practices.

Mr. Jennings’ commercial real estate experience encompasses more than 33 years of management and leasing responsibilities for leading properties and portfolios. He previously has served as Vice President of Real Estate/Director of Finance & Operations for Oasis West Realty, LLC in Beverly Hills, CA, Managing Director of National Operations for Insignia/ESG, Inc. in Los Angeles, and he held Vice President/General Manager positions with Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc., and Trammell Crow Company.
