Brian Myers is a Managing Director at CBRE Capital Advisors, Inc., the real estate investment banking unit of CBRE. Mr. Myers specializes in entity-level and joint venture structuring across all real estate strategies and asset classes. Mr. Myers brings significant experience to CBRE Capital Advisors in structuring debt and equity throughout the capital stack. Mr. Myers began his career with CBRE as an analyst in the Debt & Structured Finance group of CBRE in Dallas and has been deeply involved at every stage of transactions from the initial situational analysis, through marketing, and ultimately to successful execution and capital funding. During his career, Mr. Myers has completed transactions valued at over $3.5 billion in total consideration.
