Associated Office
As a member of CBRE’s GPS team Britney’s focus is on day to day operations. Relying upon a diverse background in customer service and office administration, her responsibilities include the planning and support of operational and accounting functions.
In collaboration with the team’s transaction managers and operations team, Britney develops client deliverables and provides administrative support in preparation of reports/presentations, business plans, travel arrangements, setting up events and other projects. She also manages the day-to-day accounting operations for the team.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Strouf worked in the food service and travel industries and also as an Operations Specialist for JPMorgan Chase.

Barry Holtzer, Jesse Grant and A.J. Magner lead the CBRE Global Portfolio Services (GPS) team based in Cleveland, Ohio specializing in corporate real estate services. This team actively manages and develops solutions for client real estate portfolios for mid-sized, privately held companies and Fortune 500 industry leaders. Currently, they oversee nearly all aspects of a 170 Million SF portfolio of client properties globally; directly managing 1,200+ transactions annually. Strategically positioned to answer the real estate needs of corporate clients, this group combines expertise in portfolio and transaction management, consulting and lease administration services. Their industry-specific expertise and global service delivery provides clients with long-term, quality account management that drives measurable results.
Proactive Portfolio Management (PPM) is a key piece of the team’s unique value proposition—thinking beyond lease expirations by developing a true portfolio strategy. This is accomplished by providing transparency to the day-to-day operations and implementing enablement tools and resources as we partner with our clients to define, execute, measure and report quantifiable outcomes on the strategy. Working hand in hand with clients to understand all pain points and then continuing to develop and tailor a service offering that addresses them specifically includes, but is not limited to:
