Brooke Gary joined CBRE in 2010 as a Portfolio Services Manager in the Memphis Center of Excellence. As a manager, Brooke was responsible for multiple client accounts including Accenture, Arrow, BRPS, Fireman’s Fund, Mettler Toledo, West Penn Allegheny, McGraw Hill and McGraw Hill Education. Brooke was promoted to Senior Manager in 2013 and currently oversees the management of 35 client accounts. Brooke has over 17 years experience in the real estate industry.
Prior to joining CBRE, Inc., Brooke worked as an Area Manager for a nationally recognized REIT where she was responsible for 76 professionals supporting all aspects of a 2,592 unit residential portfolio located in multiple cities across Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas as well as supporting with acquisitions/ dispositions. Previously, she was an Area Vice President for a Real Estate Firm for private and institutional investors in Atlanta, GA, Memphis, TN and the Louisville, KY area where she was responsible for development/construction, acquisitions/dispositions, analysis, forecasting and budget development, as well as the daily operations for a wide variety of properties. Brooke also worked for CBRE Memphis, LLC – the Memphis partner office, where she was responsible for two Class A multi-tenant commercial office space buildings.

Analytical skills, document research/interpretation, customer service, real estate management expertise and communication are some of the skills that Brooke brings to CBRE and its clients.
