Brooke Kellam joined the Dallas CBRE Debt & Structured Finance team led by Scott Lewis in June 2023. She is active in every step of the transaction process. Brooke and her CBRE Capital Markets team structure various capital arrangements including permanent debt, bridge debt, construction financing and joint venture equity. Brooke and the Lewis team represent primarily institutional clients.

Prior to joining the team, Brooke worked in acquisitions and development for Cypress Equities. Brooke began her career as an underwriter at Cadence Bank in the corporate banking group. Brooke double majored in Banking & Finance and Managerial Finance at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss). Brooke also holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business, with a concentration in Strategy & Real Estate.
