He currently lists over four million square feet and has been involved in several hundred tenant/buyer representation transactions. Bryan originally joined The Shelard Group (now CBRE) in 1995, working diligently on behalf of developers, institutions, and investors in the leasing acquisition and disposition of office and industrial properties. Prior to rejoining CBRE in 2004, Bryan was a five-time Broker of the Year at Paramount Real Estate Corporation.
