In 2005, Bryce Terveen joined CBRE to focus his efforts on office leasing throughout the Phoenix metro area. Specializing in Tenant Representation/Corporate Services, Bryce assists his clients in developing and implementing effective real estate solutions that support their business objectives. Mr. Terveen and his team have developed a strategic process that encompasses multiple integrated services that include the following:

Bryce also serves as the President for the Associate Broker Office Network (“ABON”), an international network within CBRE that is comprised of young professionals dedicated to advancing the company platform and enhancing new and existing relationships.
Prior to joining CBRE, Bryce enjoyed a successful six-year career as a professional baseball player catching for the Atlanta Braves and Seattle Mariners. He is also active within his community as well as his church.
