Previously at Lee & Associates, he joined CBRE in 2018 to continue as one of the state’s top private capital multifamily brokers. Bryson’s focus on relationships, client needs, and trust has helped him establish a track record of client care and ensure that every client achieves the full value for their investments.
Bryson’s dedication to the client has significantly contributed to the team’s 700+ career transactions totaling more than $3.5 Billion in consideration and a 97% sold-to-list price ratio. In the last three years alone, the team has closed 110 transactions with over $970M in total consideration and a 25% market share. These results have helped them become the #3 producing team in the Phoenix office and ranked in the top 20% nationally for CBRE.
Bryson Fricke graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Economics. While at the University of Arizona, Bryson was a member and captain of the Men’s Lacrosse team.
