Based in Atlanta, Mr. Trammell focuses exclusively on the financial underwriting and marketing production for shopping center sale executions throughout Alabama, Georgia, the Carolinas, Tennessee and beyond. Since joining CBRE in 2024, Camden has been involved in nearly $1 billion in institutional-grade retail investment sales and has experience in portfolio and single asset transactions. In addition to leading the underwriting, Camden also oversees due diligence and market analysis for the NRP - Southeast team.
