Carla Casey

Carla Casey is based in CBRE's Melbourne office where she is responsible for the day to day administration and management of properties, operations of an Executive Suites property, construction management, budget preparation, land sales and leasing for CBRE's Melbourne portfolio. She also is involved in multiple properties in Broward County for management, construction, and tenant improvement work. She has been instrumental in numerous capital improvements projects throughout the past 17 years both in improving the value of the assets, aesthetic upgrades and improvements as well as in the improvement of operating conditions within properties such as:  complete interior renovation of Class A Office building in Melbourne, elevator jack replacements and elevator modernizations, HVAC replacements, bathroom renovations, roof replacements, complete property renovation and improvements.

Ms. Casey started as Senior Property Manager with Brenner Real Estate Group in 1998, managing portfolios of properties including retail, industrial and office buildings in Dade, Broward, Brevard and Palm Beach counties. In 2003, she was relocated to Melbourne, Florida to start up a satellite office in the Space Coast area. Ms. Casey was promoted to the Regional Manager position in 2005 and is currently responsible for joint oversight of the Property Management division in South Florida and the complete oversight of the Central Florida area in addition to the management, operations and leasing of her assigned portfolios.

Ms. Casey has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Bowling Green State University. Her professional background includes Commercial Property Management, construction, leasing, land sales and development.  Her industry involvement includes the  Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMI) from which she holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification.
