Cathy Enderwood

Cathy Enderwood specializes in the national representation of tenants and landlords, with a strategic focus on providing transactional services to luxury retail and restaurant concepts. In her role at CBRE Group, Cathy secures the placement of premier retail, food and beverage, and entertainment tenants for developers, institutional clients, and accredited investors. Recent notable transactions where Cathy served as a tenant’s representative include Columbia Sportswear in the Summit Reno, Culture Kings in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, and KAMU Karaoke in the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian Resort.

Cathy also represents landlords across the Los Angeles, CA and Las Vegas, NV markets. She sits on brokerage teams responsible for Town Square Las Vegas in Las Vegas, NV, the Summit Reno in Reno, NV, and Carmel Plaza in Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA. On each of these projects, Cathy leverages her vast knowledge of restaurant operations, hospitality, and brand strategy to achieve optimal food and beverage objectives. In California, Cathy acts as an exclusive representative to Comebuytea USA, Bibigo, It’s Bobatime, and Ike’s Love & Sandwiches.

Prior to joining CBRE, Cathy served as a regional leasing director for Forest City Realty Trust, a national REIT. During her tenure at Forest City, Cathy established herself as a consumer retail experience specialist in high street and open-air offerings. She completed numerous F&B lease-ups across 1M+ aggregate sq. ft. of Forest City’s Southern California portfolio, including Antelope Valley Mall in Palmdale, CA, Promenade Mall in Temecula, CA, and Simi Valley Town Center in Simi Valley, CA.

Cathy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a paralegal certificate from the USC Gould School of Law. She is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
