Chalvis R. Evans

Chalvis Evans is an Executive Vice President at CBRE and one of the industry’s foremost leaders. He has distinguished himself in providing world-class services to some of our company’s largest corporate accounts. Chalvis leads a team of experts providing strategy and implementation services to clients collectively occupying over 200 million square feet of real estate globally.

Chalvis previously served as a Managing Director for the CBRE Los Angeles region, encompassing three offices and more than 160 professionals. In addition to setting direction and providing strategy for the region, Chalvis led the firm’s specialty medical office group for Southern California, Arizona, and Hawaii.

Chalvis joined CBRE in 2015 as Senior Vice President focusing on investment sales and tenant representation. During his 20-year career, he has completed more than 700 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $3 billion. As a sales professional, Chalvis has worked with many Fortune 500 companies, including General Electric, Citibank, Verizon, Frontier and Warner Media.

Prior to joining CBRE, Chalvis served as Senior Vice President for Coldwell Banker Commercial for 12 years.  He specialized in investment sales and tenant representation throughout the San Gabriel Valley where he has lived for almost 40 years.
