Chance Lindsey

Chance Lindsey is currently leading the advisory and transaction services in North Dakota, with offices in Fargo and Williston. Since 2008, Mr. Lindsey was the founder and president of Opulent Real Estate Investment Group located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Mr. Lindsey gained extensive experience through representing institutional and entrepreneurial investors from across the United States. Throughout his successful career, Mr. Lindsey has listed and sold retail shopping centers, single tenant net leased retail, multifamily properties, residential subdivisions, hotels, office buildings, industrial warehouse buildings and development built-to-suits. He also has extensive experience with 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and distressed properties.

Mr. Lindsey has completed assignments for tenant representation, project leasing and landlord representation for retail, office and industrial warehouse buildings. In total, Mr. Lindsey has completed more than $1 billion in sales transactions and leased over 1.5 million square feet.

Mr. Lindsey is a graduate of North Dakota State University. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).
