Charlie von Arentschildt has been helping his clients achieve success for over a decade at CBRE by taking a comprehensive approach to assisting them to realize their potential. As First Vice President of the company's Capital Markets and Institutional Properties, Charlie focuses on helping institutional clients with the disposition of office properties throughout the Phoenix metro.
Charlie joined CBRE in 2014, and since then, he has transacted over 800 deals valued at $3.7 billion in total consideration. He works closely with CBRE's Phoenix office teams in his clients all of the necessary tools – such as market-leading research, best-in-class marketing and a creative problem-solving approach – to help them make the most informed business decisions in their properties.
Charlie's experience in the constantly evolving Phoenix market gives him a unique opportunity to advise his clients on the rapidly changing real estate world and the robust business environment in the Grand Canyon state.
Charlie grew up in outside of New York City. He attended Georgetown University, receiving his bachelor's degree in economics. He resides in Phoenix with his wife, Brenna, and enjoys improving his handicap on the golf course. Charlie's strong allegiance to his New York sports teams has followed him to the desert as he tries to watch a Yankees or Rangers game when he can.
