Chris Campbell

Chris has represented some of the most prominent landlords and tenants in Northern California. He provides clients with strategic planning and consulting services as well as offering experience with every stage of a project from pre-development planning to backfilling expired leases. He is also the Sacramento Area’s leading Big Box leasing expert, having successfully leased multiple Northern California box disposition portfolios.

• Works extensively with many nationally and locally based landlords including Newmark Merrill Companies, Regency Shopping Centers, SyWest Development, The Lewis Companies, and Vestar
• Works with Home Depot, and has established a 25-location roll-out in the Greater Sacramento Area
