Christy Cabrera, joined CBRE in August 2013, serves as a Senior Real Estate Manager Associate. She oversees the management and operations of 2.5 million square feet of retail and industrial space with over 170 tenants. Broadstone Plaza in Folsom and Renaissance Creek in Roseville, California are large shopping centers anchored by some of America's strongest retail brands. Ms. Cabrera’s team also manages an Industrial portfolio for Invesco in the Greater Sacramento and Woodland markets.

As a Senior Real Estate Manager, Ms. Cabrera’s responsibilities are to create effective business relationships with Tenants, Vendors and Ownerships. She consistently creates positive relationships within the local community and city governments. Ms. Cabrera is committed to maintaining financial and ethical responsibility for her property owners. She prepares and manages all aspects of budgeting, reforecasting, and improving net income. She has a proven record of accomplishment of effectively managing cost controls and property profitability.

During Ms. Cabrera’s 22-year career she has managed a retail shopping center portfolio totaling 1.2 million square feet throughout Northern California. Her experience covers all aspects of property management, capital projects, administration, operations, and working for REIT owner developers.
