Ciana Carpenter is a Senior Transaction Manager and licensed attorney within the firm’s Advisory & Transaction Services group. Ciana provides ongoing management for complex and high-profile global client portfolios. She prepares, recommends, and implements portfolio wide transaction strategy and coordinates field resources for successful execution.
Ciana brings a wealth of expertise and skills honed through a decade-long career in the industry. With a law degree from Chicago Kent, her strong educational foundation serves as an invaluable asset in navigating the complex legal aspects of real estate transactions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ciana was a Senior Relationship Manager and Senior Transaction Manager with Charles Schwab overseeing the firm’s corporate and retail real estate portfolios. She also spent several years in the Telecommunications sector working with major wireless carriers to secure strategic sites for network infrastructure expansion.
