Clay Gilbert

Clay Gilbert is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Office Leasing group, where he is responsible for leasing office space in Dallas/Fort Worth. His current assignments include properties in the CBD, Uptown, Central Expressway, LBJ and Las Colinas submarkets. Mr. Gilbert represents a portfolio comprised of approximately 3.8 million square feet of Class “A” office space and has consummated over 800,000 sf of lease transactions in the past 24-month timeframe.

Mr. Gilbert started his career in 2005 as an Analyst with Trammell Crow Company, and was responsible for performing market and property evaluations for the Office Division, while providing analytical support for top producers.
