Coo Barimani is the Associate Director for the Mountain-Northwest Research Team, where he handles thought leadership research spanning all major property sectors in the Seattle and Portland metro areas. He analyzes market trends to produce actionable reports, presentations and whitepapers that offer insight into the challenges and opportunities of the Pacific Northwest’s dynamic real estate markets.

Coo began his career with CBRE in 2019, where he served as a Program Manager on the Microsoft account as part of the Commute Solutions Team. Prior to this, he served as a Program Manager and analyst for numerous high-profile financial and engineering companies, including Boeing, PACCR and BlackRock, bringing significant local market insights from varied and diverse industries to his repertoire. With urban planning skills and experience in quantitative analysis, Coo has offered insights and strategies to developers, consultants, real estate organizations and high net worth individuals throughout the United States.
Coo graduated with a degree in Business and Economics from Seattle University as a Sullivan Scholar, before going on to receive a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Design from the University of Washington. A longtime Washington State resident, Coo currently resides in Seattle with his family.
