Craig leads a team engaged in the day-to-day operation and maintenance of data centers, key critical sites, commercial office and retail branches for a Confidential Financial Services Client account. His team of 430 people includes the leaders of engineering, health and safety, energy and sustainability, business services and computerized maintenance management systems.
Previous to this position, Craig served as the Director of Critical Environments for the corporate Engineering and Operations platform. He was responsible for the ongoing implementation of the CBRE Critical Environment Practice by providing operational and technical leadership to the Critical Environments (CE) teams across all accounts, leading the development and deployment of critical sites risk reduction strategies and integrating leading edge technology and solutions providers into the CE Practice. Craig also served as Director of Facility Management and Critical Environments on the Infrastructure Ontario account..
Prior to joining CBRE, Craig served as the National Director of Critical Environments at BLJC, where he was directly responsible for the operation and maintenance of the wireless network sites and data centers and the lead for deploying the internal critical environments program across most of the BLJC client base including major financial institutions. Craig chaired the Technical Governance Committee on a major communications contract which included members from the client’s network, engineering and real estate departments.
Additionally, Craig leverages his experience in the Royal Canadian Air Force on behalf of his clients, where he served for 20 years in an engineering role.
