Craig Kinzer is a Vice Chairman with CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services group. An industry veteran with nearly four decades of experience, he specializes in large transactions with major corporations, government entities and emerging and established tech companies.
Before joining CBRE, Craig was the primary partner of Kinzer Partners, which he founded in 1992. He has led and executed projects for a total of more than 25 million square feet and over $15 billion in transaction volume. His expertise and assistance has helped clients scale up to meet their requirements. Over the course of his career, he has led real estate efforts for many of the region’s largest corporations and helped secure more than 30 standalone headquarters buildings and urban campuses. Additionally, as the head of Kinzer Capital, Craig founded or provided early stage capital to more than 90 companies.
Prior to his founding of Kinzer Partners, Craig was the Principal and Director of real estate for the Norman Company, helping corporate clients realize their long term real estate strategies. He began his career as a Tax Attorney and CPA for Touche Ross and Co (now Deloitte) before transitioning over to commercial real estate full-time.
