Craig Wilson has been involved in the local commercial real estate industry for over
40 years, the majority of which have been with CBRE. Mr. Wilson specializes in the
acquisition and disposition of investment properties. He is responsible for the sale of
several premier office and industrial projects, including Plaza at Yarrow Bay,
Oakesdale Center, Eddie Bauer Corporate Campus, Siemens Building, Weyerhaeuser
East Campus and Schnitzer North Creek Office Building.
Mr. Wilson’s knowledge of the market and ability to build relationships with decision
makers while addressing the needs of those clients has been the catalyst for multiple
successful transactions.
