Cristi Webb is a Vice President at CBRE | Raleigh. She joined the CBRE | Raleigh Retail Services team in 2016, and provides both Landlord and Tenant representation services, delivering high quality service and results for both. She has a wide range of experience leasing grocery anchored shopping centers, power and lifestyle centers and mixed use projects. Cristi also represents multiple national, regional and local Retailers. She works closely with each Tenant to develop strategies, identify sites and negotiate market opportunities.

Cristi has seven years of experience in various commercial real estate market sectors. Prior to joining CBRE | Raleigh, Cristi worked at JLL with the tenant representation team where she provided site selection information and recommendations, along with an outlined plan for lease execution.
