Cynthia Olson Heile

As the Operations Supervisor, Cynthia Olson-Heile is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Indianapolis Office. These responsibilities include P&L review, forecasting and budget planning, ensuring operational effectiveness, managing reports, and pipeline and sales projections. She is also an integral part of the local leadership team and provides advocacy, management and development for the office’s shared support professionals.

Cynthia previously held the position of Senior Marketing Specialist for CBRE Indianapolis. She was responsible for business development activities.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Olson-Heile served as the Director of Marketing for Clark Appliance, a high-end appliance dealer. She started her real estate career at Kite Realty where she was involved in developing marketing, advertising, leasing material and event planning.
