Associated Office
Dale Peterson has over 27 years of experience in the real estate business in Central and South Florida providing capital markets advisory services for institutional and corporate clients with a focus on office and industrial properties. Prior to joining CBRE, Inc. Dale was Principal and city co-leader of the Tampa office of Trammell Crow Company.
Dale has extensive transactional experience in numerous Florida markets and has represented clients like AEW, Archon Group, American Realty Advisors, Bank of America, Eola Capital, KBS Realty Advisors, Metropolitan Life, Deutsche Asset and Wealth Management, TH Real Estate, Liberty Property Trust, Principal, Invesco, Parkway Properties, LNR Partners, Westbrook, USAA, Berwind, Hughes Supply, Inc., Darden Restaurants, PMRealty Advisors, Wells Fargo, Midland Loan Services and a host of private and local investors. Since 2003, Dale and his team have closed over 33 million square feet of office and industrial transactions and 5,100 acres of land in West, Central and South Florida valued at over $3.4 billion.
