Dallas Jeanty-Berg serves as the Sales Management leader for CBRE in South Florida, covering West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami. In this role, he supports the firm's Capital Markets, Advisory & Transaction (A&T), and consulting activities across the region. His focus includes revenue forecasting, strategic business development, and forming client-focused brokerage teams, while fostering collaboration across CBRE'S service lines. Additionally, he works closely with Market Leaders to drive strategic initiatives that expand market share and uphold brand integrity through disciplined standards and best practices.
Before joining CBRE, Dallas was an associate in Investor Relations & Capital Formation, gaining experience at a top 10 bank nationally and a middle-market private equity firm with a global footprint.
Dallas played varsity collegiate football for the United States Naval Academy, where he majored in Political Science. A South Florida native, he is also an ambassador for Handy, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to supporting Broward County's foster care children.
