Dan Dolsen serves as Senior Managing Director and leads strategy for CBRE Healthcare. Dan has an extensive healthcare real estate services background and experience in corporate account management, strategy and operational planning that has resulted in superior client outcomes delivered through highly effective real estate teams.

Dan focuses on healthcare strategy and thought leadership that supports the strategic initiatives of CBRE Healthcare’s clients. His focus is on market planning, organizational effectiveness, and transformational leadership. He has multi-industry experience in leading teams that design solutions through an integrated array of real estate management services, including real estate strategic planning, transaction management, real estate development, facilities management, and project management.

His 35-years of experience in healthcare includes serving systems such as NY Presbyterian Hospital, Henry Ford Health, Bon Secours Health System and McLaren Health Care. He also served as the Alliance Director for the Allegheny Health System, a six-hospital healthcare provider serving Pittsburgh and the greater Western Pennsylvania region as well as for Ford Motor Company.

Dan was Principal and Senior Vice President for the Trammell Crow Company leading its activities in Michigan where he was responsible for strategic and operational activities as delivered through over 350 real estate professionals.

Mr. Dolsen served as Corporate Vice President of Real Estate for Henry Ford Health System where he led the real estate activities related to the expansion and development of Henry Ford’s nationally recognized ambulatory delivery system.

He was recognized by Midwest Real Estate News Forty over 40, for excellence in the commercial real estate industry. He is a frequent national speaker on health care real estate trends and strategy.
