Dan is a Vice President at CBRE Debt & Structured Finance, operating out of the Radnor and Philadelphia offices. He is responsible for the origination, due diligence, and closing of fixed and floating rate financing.
Dan’s transactional experience covers a variety of client business plans including acquisitions, development projects, and discretionary refinances focused on industrial, multifamily, life sciences, medical office, suburban office, retail, hospitality, and triple net lease properties. Dan and his team have cultivated relationships with a diverse pool of capital sources such as life insurance companies, banks, Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae, credit unions, securitized lenders, balance sheet lenders, and debt funds. He and his team consistently procure the most efficient debt capital available in the market through existing relationships and a collaborative approach within CBRE’s national network. Since joining CBRE in 2017, Dan has been involved in arranging over $2.0 billion of capital on behalf of both institutional and private sponsorship.
Born and raised in Norristown, PA, Dan offers both clients and lenders specialized knowledge of the commercial real estate market across the Delaware Valley. He attended the University of Pennsylvania where he was a member of the varsity football team. He also volunteers with Beat the Streets Philly, a youth development nonprofit that offers mentoring, academic support, and wrestling programs for at-risk children living in under-served communities.
