Dan Garrett is a Senior Real Estate Manager for CBRE’s Property Management team in Nashville, TN. He currently manages a portfolio containing 2.1 million square feet of industrial space for LINK Industrial Properties. Mr. Garrett has a strong knowledge of property and facility management that allows him to assist clients in achieving their overall asset and corporate goals. His primary goal is to maximize each property's full potential.
Mr. Garrett is a 20-year real estate veteran and was most recently with Site Centers, Inc. as a Regional Property Manager for a retail portfolio of 16 shopping centers totaling over 2.6 million square feet. On behalf of the owners and investors, Mr. Garrett was responsible for the management of daily operations, tenant and vendor relations, monthly financial reporting and developing and maintaining budgets, including major and capital expenses.
Mr. Garrett started his career by serving our country in the Unites States Marine Corps. During this time, he was an E-4 Work Center Supervisor and Chief AGI Supervisor. Following his military career, he transitioned to commercial real estate with a focus on operations and construction management. Mr. Garrett has managed office towers, industrial buildings and retail including neighborhood and lifestyle centers. Also, he has worked with firms such as ProVenture and Harbor Group management.
